Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485)
It allows international students to reside, enroll in study-course and work after finishing their studies in Australia. Who have recently graduated with abilities and qualifications that are significant to occupations Australia needs. It lets you live, get enroll in studies and work in Australia temporarily.
This visa permits you:
- Reside in Australia, usually for 18 months.
- Travel, do job or get enroll in study course in Australia during your stay.
- Applicant can bring his/her family in Australia.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be under 50 years of age.
- Have a qualification relevant to an occupation on the skilled occupation list.
- Be assessed as having skills suitable for an occupation on the skilled occupation list.
- Applicant must find his/her own employment on grant of visa. Government is not responsible for arranging employment.
- Applicant and his/her family must meet all visa conditions and follow Australian laws.
- Applicant and his/her family must meet health and character requirements of Australian Government.
